It is always difficult to gauge so costs can be discussed once we have a better idea of what support you need. To give you idea though, one-to-one support is likely to be from 35.00 per hour.

We hope what we offer is clear but where we are asked a question, we will answer them directly and included an edited version here.

Q. How can I be sure that you will treat my information and contact details appropriately?
A. We take confidentiality very seriously. We will never share contact details with anyone else and we respect confidentiality completely. We would only share information with your express consent.

Q. What if I am not happy or something goes wrong?
A. We think that it is unlikely that anything could go wrong in our working relationship as we aim to understand your needs and tell you how we can support you. If something should happen, we trust we can resolve it or seek help in so doing. As a back-up, we do have professional indemnity cover just in case.

Q. How can I be sure of the qualifications and experience you have?
A. When we have our initial discussion, we will let you know what 'qualifies' us to offer you our support. If you are happy with that, great, if it doesn't meet your needs, no problem either. We will be open and honest with you.

Q. Is there any 'small print'?
A. As with all things these days, some standard terms apply, as you would expect. These relate to the nature of the undertaking, obligations and payment. Rather than try to guess what might happen, we trust that we can enter in to a mutually beneficial relationship so that we won't need to rely on 'terms'. Please talk to us if you feel you need more than this.
